Skyrim

So, if you’ve been wondering why there hasn’t been any content here in the past week or so, the one word answer is Skyrim. Put with slightly greater length, Steam informs me that my first playthrough ended at 80 hours even, which for reference is four times as much as I’m required to put in at my current job. In a week. That right there should probably tell you everything you need to know on the subject, but I’m going to talk about it anyway, though I imagine most of you, dear readers, don’t care in the slightest because you’re too busy playing Skyrim to care what I have to say about it. I think you see how […]

Spurred by the previous post and discussion of same at AFK Mods, I asked myself “Self, how many Legos DO you have, anyway?” I understand there’s a team of scientists working on coming up with a number big enough right now, but they’ll be a while, so with the aid of Brickset.com, I’m going to take a crack at it, since I get all nostalgic and do this sort of thing for everything else in the world. This is going to be a tad imprecise, since all of my instruction manuals are long gone to wherever it is instruction manuals go to die, but you’d be amazed at how much you totally remember putting that one piece on, or Christmas, […]

I seem to be missing a few of my Legos somewhere. Meh. Somewhere, somehow, my nine year old self is jumping up and down and cheering.
